1. Take 10 brownies, 4 leaders to Eaglewood Resort
2. Next add in mosquito's (thousands of them, no make that millions of them )
3. Put your tent up near the smallest area of swamp water you have. (so make that billions of mosquito's)
4. Make sure there is no running water, anywhere near the site.
5. Add in a little bit of heat, 100deg with 100% humidity works well.
6. Make sure most of your activities take place in the direct sun (actually we were lucky the pathfinders had tents, and most activities were in some shade) but still the sun was a killer.
Take all of this mix it together and you've got Brownie Camp 2008.
It really was a great weekend, lots of fun for everyone.
The leaders are just a tad bit tired, but what do you expect when you get less than 3 hours sleep in a 48 hour period.

The leaders tent, I have to get one of these it was huge, enough room for 4 queens mattresses and still enough room to walk around.

All of the girls took turns with the chores, wash rinse disinfect.
Quiet time was spent coloring, reading or taking a short nap.
This weekend was hosted by the pathfinders, 48 guiders in attendance.

Great pics! Sounds like you all had a great time. Love the craft. Here in the US we call those "Swaps". Kinsey has a few but doesn't have a hat to put them on yet.
BTW, Kinsey got her letter from Scarlett today. She read it to me in the car. She has a picture drawn and a patch to send to Scarlett. Since she saw that Scarlett typed her letter she wants to type one so we will be sending that out soon!
