I start tomorrow on my journey to what I hope will be a healthier me. I have signed up for a 6 week weightloss program at the gym.
I will see a personal trainer 3 times a week, and have committed to 4 miles a day of walking.
I will also get a meal plan to follow, hoping its not much or to too hard to do.
42 days to a new me.
I plan on updating here once a week with my progress...l.
Week One
Finding the diet plan kind of hard to stick too. So I've changed a few things, I'm using meal replacement bars more than I should probably. Its just so much easier when were on the run, and this way I'm not cheating.
I've added in my vitamin and calcium since I am lacking in those with the diet.
First week I've lost almost 2 inches and just over 4 pounds.
-------------------------------------------------------------
3 weeks into my journey ........
I've lost almost 7 1/2 inches, although I think she did something wrong as I've lost 1 1/4 inches in my right calf and nothing on my left. Seems like I should obviously be looking lopsided.
Still only down 4 pounds, but I've also lost 2% of body fat, which is what I'm really interested in.
I don't want to even know what the scale says, I want to see my body fat lowering.
I gave up on the meal plan almost right away, it was way to rigid and impossible to follow with a family who isn't home many nights to eat a proper dinner.
